Stop working around the problem.
We build the AI that solves it.

Custom software for teams that have outgrown their spreadsheets, built in weeks, not months.

What we fix

We connect your systems so the numbers reconcile themselves. CRM, billing, spreadsheets, whatever you're running: one source of truth instead of five arguments.

We automate it. Correctly, every time, in the background. That person gets their week back.

Live dashboards built on your real data, not estimates, not last quarter's export. What you're spending, what's working, and what you could stop paying for.

We find the one place it actually pays off in your business, and build that first. No pilot programs that go nowhere.

Ask your systems a question. Get a real answer.

We build tools your team can talk to in plain English, “which deals need attention today?” or “what's our spend this month?”, and get an answer straight back. No dashboard to learn, no report to request, no waiting on someone in operations.

We built the first system of its kind for an FCC-licensed radio station, so listeners can ask an AI assistant what's on air and get a live answer from the station itself. See it running at mellowmountainradio.com, or read how the AI connection works. The same approach works on a sales pipeline, a billing account, or an inventory system.

Selected work

Three systems, three problems someone had stopped expecting anyone to fix.

UnderDog deal ranking screen
UnderDogRevenue Operations

A sales team mid-CRM-migration, losing deals in the gap.

Moving to a new CRM meant nobody could say with confidence which deals needed attention today, or whether every record was making it safely across. Deals went quiet, and nobody noticed until it was too late.

We built one screen that ranks every open deal by what it's worth, how urgent it is, and how long it's been ignored, and says in plain language why each one made the list. Alongside it, a reconciliation view that checks the old system against the new one and flags every mismatch in amount, stage, and owner.

It was never officially approved. It's still the first thing the team opens every morning.

CREAM cloud cost dashboard
CREAMCloud Cost Intelligence

Paying for infrastructure, with no idea how much was waste.

Cloud bills arrive as one big number with no story attached. This company knew they were spending too much and had no way to prove where.

We built a dashboard that reads their live billing data and answers one question: what are we spending, and what could we stop spending? It flags the machines that are powered off but still billed, the oversized ones, and the usage outliers, and puts a monthly dollar figure on what's reclaimable.

Every number is computed live. There's no demo mode and no sample account.

Retention Intelligence Engine dashboard
Retention Intelligence EngineCustomer Success

A health score that was really just a gut feeling with a color on it.

Most churn tracking amounts to marking accounts red, yellow, or green based on someone's instinct. It can't tell you how much revenue is genuinely at risk, so nobody can plan around it.

We built a model that estimates real churn probability from how similar accounts have actually behaved over time. Predicted revenue loss comes out as a dollar figure with a confidence range, and the dashboard is honest about how confident the model itself is.

No more red, yellow, green. A dollar figure, and how sure the model is of it.

We've also built

If your problem doesn't look like anything above, it's still worth asking.

How this works

1

A quick free consultation

A short call, no charge. You describe what's slowing you down, we tell you in broad strokes whether it's worth building something and what that might look like. If it isn't, we say so and you've lost twenty minutes.

2

A paid discovery conversation

We spend a couple of sessions understanding the problem properly and come back with a written plan: what to build, what it'll cost, how long it takes. Fixed fee, and it's yours to keep whether or not you hire us for the build.

3

A fixed-price build

You approve a number before anything starts. No hourly billing, no scope surprises, no invoice that grows every month. Most projects start around $8-15k.

4

Ongoing support, only if you want it

Once it's live, we can maintain and extend it on a monthly retainer, or hand you the keys and walk away. You own the code, the accounts, and the data either way. No lock-in.

Ryan Thompson

I build the software businesses need when the off-the-shelf tool doesn't fit and hiring a development team doesn't make sense.

Most of my work starts the same way: someone describes a problem they've been working around for years: a manual process, a report that takes a full day, two systems that don't talk. It turns out the fix is a few weeks of work, not a six-figure platform. I work embedded, alongside the people who'll actually use the thing, not from the outside with a slide deck.

Tell us what's slowing you down

You don't need a spec, a budget, or a technical description. Just tell us what's frustrating. We'll tell you whether it's worth building something, roughly what it would take, and if the honest answer is "you don't need us for this," we'll say that instead.

We reply to everything within one business day.
